Matthew Diller has been appointed the new dean to Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Diller comes to Yeshiva from Fordham University, where he was the Cooper Family Professor of Law and co-director of the Louis Stein Center for Law and Ethics. He was also associate dean for academic affairs at Fordham Law, where he has taught since 1993.
Diller is taking over for David Rudenstein, who has been dean of Cardozo School of Law since 2001. Rudenstein will continue his career at Fordham as the Sheldon H. Solow Professor of Law.
