Suffolk University Law School
Suffolk University Law School
Suffolk University Law School is located in downtown Boston, a bastion of opportunity for its students. It's where the city's legal, government and financial districts are based. As one of the largest law schools in the nation, its 23,000 alumni provide key internship and clinical experiences. The school is one of just a few in the nation that places more than 100 students in judicial internships during the summer after their first year.
The school has embraced the rapidly growing area of legal technology and placed among the top 10 for law tech programs in the ABA's Law Practice Today. Suffolk Law’s Intellectual Property program also regularly shows up among the nation’s top programs for its breadth and depth.
Suffolk offers more than 280 upper-level electives, more than almost any law school in the country. PreLaw magazine ranked its building as one of the best in the nation in 2018, with the only drawback being that it has less square footage per student than higher ranked buildings.
