Banking and Financial Law
The graduate program in Banking and Financial Law was the first — and remains the only — graduate program in the U.S. devoted entirely to the study of banking and financial services law. The faculty primarily consists of highly-experienced practitioners from the private and public financial services sector who are dedicated to sharing their knowledge with students in this dynamic, rapidly changing field. The Master of Laws in Banking and Financial Law requires successful completion of 10 courses.

- Completed application; $75 application fee; two letters of recommendation, including one from a law professor; personal statement of interest; CV or resume; J.D. transcripts required for applicants with U.S. law degrees; foreign candidates must have first degree in law, or its equivalent; a certified English translation must accompany foreign transcripts; and a minimum TOEFL: 600/250/100; minimum IELTS: 7.0; minimum ILEC (International Certificate of Legal English): B2
