Litigation and Dispute Resolution

The Litigation & Dispute Resolution LL.M. program offers lawyers and qualified law school graduates innovative and comprehensive skills training for contemporary practice. Students are evaluated based on in-class performance and do not take formal exams. There is no thesis requirement for the 24-credit program. While better suited to U.S., trained attorneys, individual courses are open to all LL.M. candidates.
