Distance Learning: Yes. Stetson offers online LL.M. degree in elder law. A 25-credit program (including a three day on-campus course), that allows students to study at times and location that are convenient for their schedules. Through Stetson’s on demand distance education system, practicing attorneys may advance their legal education without relocating or interrupting their professional careers.

Requirements
Applicants for admissions to the LL.M. program must have experience in elder law (or a related field) and a law degree from a U.S. law school or law school approved the appropriate authority in a country other than the United States. All applicants must demonstrate stron academic achieement and must be proficient in the English language. Applicants who native language is not English must have TOEFL examination score of at least 550 (paper-based) or 213 (computer based).
