Graduate Program in Estate Planning

The graduate program begins with a traditional 14-week fall semester covering core conceptual topics, including introduction to Estate Planning and Probate, Federal Wealth Transfer Tax, Income Tax, for Estate Planners, Federal Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates, Corporate Tax and Partnership Tax. The spring semester consists of a series of one-week, modular courses that build on the fall courses. The modular format allows students to concentrate fully on the particular subject matter covered each week. (30 Credit Hours)
