The program’s substantive scope encompasses the wide range of issues arising at the convergence of technology and law, examining the influence of technology on all areas of the law and practice from both practical and scholarly perspectives. Unique emphasis is given to privacy-related issues across the curriculum. Through more than 20 individual courses this program examines current controversies, such as identity theft, financial privacy, security, e-commerce, e-discovery, cyber-terrorism, social networking, online defamation, consumer privacy and more.
