Hold the equivalent of a J.D. from a foreign university; and Have a minimum Internet-based TOEFL score of 100 and a minimum of 25 on each of the four sections, or a minimum IELTS score of 7.0. For candidates whose native and working language is English and whose first degree in law is from a college or university in a country where both the language of instruction and the native language is English, the language proficiency examination requirement may be waived.

The Online Mental Disability Law Program offers advanced training to professionals who work with, or on the behalf of, persons with mental disabilities or who are criminologists, clinicians or criminal justice specialists.
