Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School is relocating to downtown

Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School is getting a new address. The law school recently announced it will be relocating to downtown Atlanta, two miles south of its current location.

“We are thrilled to be improving our facilities and amenity offerings to our students while also moving closer to the heart of Downtown Atlanta,” said Dean and CEO, Jace C. Gatewood. “Even during a time of a global pandemic and social unrest, our school has seen tremendous growth in structure and strength and looks forward to continued success at our beautiful new downtown campus.”

The law school will be moving into a multi-level state of the art facility in Marquis Towers. In addition to getting a new view, the relocation will place the law school at the center of Atlanta’s commerce, hospitality, entertainment, transit, and retail.

The law school is expected to move into the new building  over the summer and welcome students in the fall.

This move comes shortly after the law school announced it had become a nonprofit
