The University of Idaho College of Law offers courses in two locations  — Moscow and Boise. Moscow is located 90 miles south of Spokane, Washington, and is home to the main university. Boise is the largest city in the state and that campus is adjacent to the State Supreme Court, United States District Court, and the Idaho State Capitol.  Both campus locations offer opportunities for practical training in externships and clinic work in immigration law, family law and justice, business entrepreneurship,  and other areas.   Our College offers an emphasis in Native American Law, Business Law and Entrepreneurship, or Natural Resources and Environmental Law. The College of Law offers an affordable education with in-state tuition just above $22,000, making it one of the most affordable law schools in the nation.

The law school offers a top program in Environmental law (A+) along with strong programs in Business and Entrepreneurship law and Intellectual Property (A- each). It also offers an emphasis in Native American Law with a foundation between Tribal law and Federal Indian Law.
