Being creative, after a University Of Iowa law professor livened up his international finance and development law textbook by writing part of it in the style of the script of a play. Enrique Carrasco writes plays as a hobby and the book combines his backgrounds in international development law and theater. So, for instance, in one chapter about the history of GATT, he writes a scene that’s a conversation between the delegates at the Bretton Woods conference.The textbook is published by West Publishing, so it’s not a self-published lark.

Future law school enrollment, after the LSAC reported that the number of LSAT test-takers declined in June by 9.1 percent. It was the lowest number of people sitting for the June exam in 14 years. It was disappointing news, especially since the number of test-takers had increased by 1.1 percent in February.  The number of examines for the June test has declined for four straight years, and the decline does not bode well for the number of applicants next year.
